After getting in groups and presenting our PowerPoints, we had to decide who's would be the best to take forward. We decided to do Serchiks idea which was on Transport in Cambridge. We decided this was the best as there was so much we could film and come up with just by thinking about it. The first step of creating our documentary is create a range of pre production documents which ensure that cast and crew know where they need to be and when, any risks there are whilst filming and what will be being filmed.
Questions

These were the questions that Serchik had created when pitching his idea to the group. These can be used in an interview within the documentary.
Shot list
We created a shot list to briefly think of a few shots that stand out to film.
Production schedule

The production schedule was created so that we had a idea of the timetable that we would be following whilst shooting, for example when we start shooting, and when we need to finish shooting, when we need to edit and when we need to have it completed by.
Sound sheet

A sound sheet shows the general way in which we will film and create audio.
Risk Assessment
Risk Assessment documents are created so that the cast and crew are aware of what risks filming posses and the potential of things happening whilst filming.
